Your legal rights
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Our policy

• No postage or return postage will be refunded
• The item has to be in a re-sellable condition with no damage.
• You will have 14 days to return the item to me starting from the date you receive the item, after this a return will not be possible. 
• If the return is successful, I will have the refund in your bank within 7 working days of receiving the goods. 
• I will only issue a refund if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
